Day of Registration - Driver Arrival Information
Welcome to the 2026 Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo Demolition Derby presented by Wild Ride Brewing! Sunday, August 2, 2026, the main show starts at 12:00 pm.
To help make your arrival quick and easy, please follow the map below when entering the Fairgrounds. All competitors must use the designated Demo Derby Driver Entrance and proceed through the Gate Check before heading to Driver Check-In and the Pit Area.
Important Information

Tech Inspection: Saturday: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm and on Sunday: 7:00 am - 11:00 am

Competitor Entry Deadline: No competitor entries will be allowed after 11:00 am Sunday.

Drivers Meeting: Sunday 11:30 am

Go Time: 12:00 pm

Registration: Free online or on the morning of the event.

Pit Passes: Free for competitors and registered pit crew.

Pit Vehicle Limit: Derby vehicle, one tow vehicle, and one support vehicle only due to limited pit space.
